Friday, June 9: And After That What’s Next to Do?

seek God with all your heart.   it is time to draw near Him.

are you thirsty?  “I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.”  Revelation 21:6

are you hungry?  “listen to me and you will eat well; you will enjoy the richest of fare.”  – Isaiah 66:2

is money tight?   “as long as he sought the LORD, God made him prosper.”  2 Chronicles 26:5 “riches and honor are with me, enduring riches and righteousness.  My fruit is better than fine gold and my revenue than choice silver.”  Proverbs 8:17-19

are you sad?  “You have turned my mourning into dancing.  You have put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness.”    Psalms 30:11

are you afraid?  “i sought the Lord and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.” Psalm 34:4

are you in trouble?  “for in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; in the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.” Psalm 27:5

do you feel oppressed?  “He is our help and our shield.”  Psalm 33:20

are you sick? “He himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else.” — Acts 17:25

are you feeling weak?  “Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions never fail. they are new every morning.”  Lamentations 3:22   “Wait on the Lord and He shall strengthen your heart.” Psalm 27:14

“if My people pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”  –2 Chronicles:14

it is time to seek the Lord.

“my God, Your love is unconditional and without limit, and You wait eagerly for us to come and seek You even in our weakness,  sin, and failures.  my Lord, guide me and my children back to You every time we drift away.  grant us the grace to always remember from the moment we wake up that You are all we need.  make us entirely and forever Yours.  amen.”
